Family Care Home Application

This application form must be completed and submitted to us along with some supporting documentation in order to apply to join our Family Care Home Programme. Please note that we are unable to consider placing a Family Care Home (FCH) puppy with a family without a completed application.

Upon receipt of the form, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. Once we have considered your application, we will send you an email advising if we feel you might be suitable to join the FCH programme.

The next stage is to come for a visit to meet us and our dogs. We will discuss the breed, the FCH programme and your potential suitability. We will be very open and honest with you about how the programme works, and we require that you be entirely open and honest with us about any concerns or reservations you may have. It is absolutely essential that we build an excellent relationship with all of our FCHs, and we find that the best way to do this is through open and honest communications at all times.

After this visit, we will ask that you take some time to consider the programme once again. We will also be taking some time to consider your suitability before emailing you to advise that we have approved your application.

You will then join our list of approved families, and we will endeavour to place a suitable puppy with you when the time is right. Please note that we put a lot of time and effort into selecting every puppy that we place on the FCH programme, and there can often be a wait of several months. We usually do not know that a puppy is a good breeding candidate until he or she is c. 7 weeks old.

Once we have a suitable puppy, we will invite you to come to meet him/her, complete some paperwork and arrange a date for collection.

Application Form

We do not place puppies in homes where they will be kennelled or will live outdoors. Please consider an alternative breed if you want your dog to live outside as Australian Labradoodles are very people-orientated, social and outgoing dogs.

Please note that we do not provide any guarantee that any of our puppies are non-shedding. We will do our best to allocate you a puppy which we believe will not shed.

Excellent, we’ll place more importance on other factors such as temperament when allocating a puppy to you.

This is not a problem, but the more selective you are, the longer your wait could be. We’d encourage you to be as open as possible.

You must now upload the following documents to support your application. Applications without the supporting documents cannot be considered.
